More info from Laurie P about the upcoming sewing session on Monday, April 7th, 2025 on paper piecing...
If you are interested in learning the basics of paper piecing, I will be doing a hands on lesson during the April 7th sewing day. You will need your sewing machine and a size 80 or 90 machine needle to help perforate and remove the paper, thread in a neutral color, iron and pressing area, rotary cutter and ruler.
Click below for the pattern that we will be using for the demonstration. The pattern takes 3 different fabrics to complete. You can make multiple pieces for a small wall quilt or table runner so plan accordingly. Fat quarters work well. Feel free to enlarge the pattern if you wish.
Contact me if you have any questions.
